WHAT IS SMART SWITCH FILM PDLC?
Smart switch film PDLC (Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal) is also known as magic film, smart glass, and electronic film. It is a switchable element that transitions from an opaque state to clear in a blink of an eye with the use of a button on a remote.
Power OFF (Opaque):
When the switch is turned off the electrical current isn't active. The crystal particles are arranged at random while it scatters light as it passes through. This transforms the frosted (opaque) glass into a clear glass surface. The frosted surface glass provides immediate privacy while still maintaining natural sunlight into the space

Power ON (Clear glass):

When power mode is on, the liquid crystal particles align in uniform linear motion that allows light to pass through the glass. The glass immediately becomes clear and transparent while maintaining a clean modern appearance.
